Dr. Tommy Thompson, Lead Pastor
Tommy Thompson is the Lead Pastor of Ashburn, a multisite church reaching Chicago. Tommy is responsible for leading the missional direction of Ashburn Church as well as pastoring the Orland Park campus. Tommy is a native of Tampa, Florida with a passion for expository preaching, church planting, and church revitalization. Tommy has been married to his wife Vicki for over 30 years and has two daughters, Alexis and Hannah. Tommy and Vicki love good coffee, good food, and staying fit.

Sundays will quickly become your family’s favorite day of the week. Our age-specific lessons will ensure that your child has a ton of fun as they learn about Jesus. Our ABC Kids team is committed to providing an environment that is safe, clean, and fun for your children while you enjoy the worship gathering.
On Wednesdays children enjoy AWANA which includes games, activities, as well as worship and Bible lessons. Parents can attend Midweek at the same time.
Ashburn Students is a vibrant ministry for students from 6th-12th Grade. They meet each Wednesday from 7-8:15PM to have fun, worship together, learn from God’s Word and participate in small group discussions. Students also meet every Sunday at 9:45AM for Bible Study.

Midweek is an amazing night of ministry for your whole family.
Come early and enjoy some coffee and get to know some of the great people who call Ashburn their home. The worship service is refreshing, the people are friendly, and the whole experience is enjoyable for your entire family. You will experience inspiring music, helpful teaching and preaching, and an atmosphere where you truly feel welcome! The length of the service is a little over one hour and focuses completely on truths from Scripture.

There are no dress requirements for members or guests of Ashburn. Our main goal is that you would feel welcome and comfortable on your visit.
